I grew up in Lynchburg, Ohio and am 38 years old. I am an ordained Minister, Reiki practitioner, former sound bath helper and soon to be life coach as a creator of a Church (Church of Love) and school (School Of Understanding And Compassion) with one mission- learn to live from love, compassion, and joy. The ministry is one branch together, both the Church and School and are being put in form as I have a weekly Facebook Live for beginning promotions.

You can find me on Facebook every Sunday typically from 2-3 pm while either The Church Of Love has a discussion about the making of the Church as well as preview sermons of the School of Understanding And Compassion. Here, we focus upon a topic or go into a deep high level meditation on universal compassion and a discussion about the making of the school. I have videos throughout the week on various subjects.

I am creating a program Back To Paradise where we go on preplanned trips to the paradise oceans or somewhere sacred to you (even if it’s your living room), and learn about the deep levels of stress and how to stay with peace and let it last through the day. This is my first commitment aside from a potential School Of Awakening where the gifted can come together online and in person to celebrate their own inner talents and learn more about the much discussed subject of ascension.

I also have a healing business called Authentically Be Healed where I incorporate reiki with deep intuitive knowledge on how to stay well. I am preparing to host retreats and have found a few years in isolation taught me how to incorporate healing methodologies to show myself how to be well and stay well. I am writing several books currently and have found my inner peace is relying solely on knowing that I can trust the universe allows me to keep in tune and I allow the process to unfold.

Join me on a journey to understanding the unfolding path to wellness and how it is a necessary part of our daily walk. For many years I wanted to know how to heal myself and I found that it all is about allowing myself to be still and surrender to the moment. It is in this place I found all things are already well, and from here we can start again and remember the healing is always available if you just ask.

If you allow yourself the time to heal your deepest needs and nurture yourself, you will find that you are going to benefit from learning each step of stepping into your own power. It starts with mindfulness and respecting how to heal your inner beliefs and overcome self doubt and inner criticism. When we change how we see things we allow the perspective of a new understanding and commitment to growth.
