Operation Oscar Mike is dedicated to empowering veterans and first responders by providing access to transformative alternative therapies. We understand everyone functions differently so providing multiple avenues of healing will allow us to find what works for each individual. Our mission is to support these heroes in their journey to heal, rediscover their strength, and become the individuals they aspire to be, fostering resilience, community, and hope.

AJ Lardie is a medically retired Marine and devoted stay-at-home dad from the Cincinnati, Ohio area. With a decade of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, including two deployments to Iraq and one to Afghanistan, AJ served as a 1345 MOS Instructor, shaping the next generation of Marines. As the founder of Operation Oscar Mike, he champions veterans & 1st responders well-being through alternative therapies like horse therapy and retreats. A proud Shriner and 32nd-degree Scottish Rite Mason, AJ embodies service, brotherhood, and resilience, fueled by his passion for the Cincinnati Bengals and community impact.
